This practice begins by gently breaking down the body into its three fundamental dimensions: length, width, and depth. With each deliberate breath, you will be guided to expand into these dimensions, allowing your body to soften and open. Feel your breath lengthening you from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet, widening you from side to side, and deepening you from front to back. This intentional focus helps to release physical tension and cultivate a feeling of uninhibited spaciousness. From this grounded, expansive state, we'll then transition into a more abstract meditation practice. You'll be invited to move beyond the physical form and simply rest in the vast, open landscape of your internal world.
